For almost ten years, Florian Lechner has been with Ambright. Having progressed from Design Engineer to Head of Project Engineering, he has developed a holistic perspective on complex customer projects and serves as your technical point of contact throughout the entire product development process.

With a strong technical background, he combines product development, industrialization, and project management into an integrated approach. Working closely with international customers, suppliers, and interdisciplinary teams, he develops practical solutions and ensures their successful implementation from the initial concept through to series production.

Dr.-Ing. Florian Ilchmann is the founder and managing director of Ambright GmbH and the inventor of printed-light technology. With a doctorate in electrical engineering, he combines deep technological innovation with entrepreneurial leadership and the development of scalable, industrially robust structures. Under his leadership, Ambright has evolved from a research-driven development company into an established industrial partner with its own proprietary platform technology, patented expertise and clearly defined product areas across demanding industries. Florian is responsible for the company’s strategic direction, the expansion of its development and manufacturing capabilities, and its entry into new markets. 

In his work with customers, he combines technological foresight with a deep understanding of design, engineering and industrial manufacturing. Together with Ambright’s interdisciplinary team, Florian transforms new materials as well as electronic and optical concepts into robust, certifiable and commercially viable lighting solutions - from the initial idea and prototyping through to validated series-production readiness for integration into products, materials and wider architectural structures. 

His entrepreneurial approach combines long-term technology development with a focused market and customer orientation. The emphasis is on creating sustainable competitive advantages by translating technological excellence into profitable, internationally differentiated market positions - for both Ambright and its customers. 

Since completing his studies in production engineering, Alexander Müller has been supporting his clients in international technical sales. His passion for lighting began with the introduction of power LEDs, and his professional development has been characterized by a consistent focus on growth, brand development, and customer orientation.

As a creative enabler, Alexander takes on the role of Head of Sales and Marketing at Ambright. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, he ensures the development of tailored lighting solutions for sustainable results.
