Process steps

Shape

With the help of digital design tools, our team guides you through technical planning and design. When needed, our development department provides support for your specific applications. Finally, algorithms convert the design into production data for additive manufacturing.

Print

Once the chosen rigid or flexible substrate is precisely measured, the actual printed-light process begins. LEDs, drivers, and other electronics components are expertly placed onto the substrate. For advanced lighting applications, special optics are added to the LEDs to guide light and reduce glare. Using a high-frequency process, solid copper is deposited to electrically connect the components, creating a seamless circuit. The conductive pattern are incredibly slim, with a build height of less than 0.2 millimeters.

Shine

Depending on the application, the next step is assembly — for example, into a customized composite material. Various individual elements can be arranged on a carrier plate, tailored to your specific design. These are then shaped and separated accordingly. A final functional test completes the process — ready to let your application shine.
